COSSA’s March 2021 Headlines webchat featured a deep dive discussion with Matt Owens, Executive Vice President and Vice President for Federal Relations at the Association of American Universities (AAU), and Bethany Johns, Director of Research Policy at the Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities (APLU), on the RISE Act, a legislative proposal to provide relief to scholars whose research has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
